Hello everyone!

My name is Diana Vrejoiu and I am excited to share my professional journey with you.

With over 15 years of experience in leading teams and working in the financial sector, I have had the privilege of navigating the complex world of global business and contributing to the transformation of remarkable organizations.

As a leader in operations and finance, I have always been driven by a bold vision and an unyielding passion for excellence. Through a proactive and innovative approach, I have successfully led high-performance teams and achieved remarkable results in optimizing operational efficiency and sustainable growth.

My experience spans a variety of fields, from sales and customer support to managing global financial operations. My certifications in project/program/change management, finance, and other areas reflect my commitment to excellence and continuous development in operations management.

Although my background is in finance, having studied Finance, Banking and International Economic Relations at ASE, I have always had a passion for interior design. I bought my first rental apartment and soon after, created a mini portfolio of rentals.

Thus, I decided to channel all the skills I have acquired over many years of corporate work into creating this association that will protect owners like myself.

I am very determined and believe that there is no such thing as "impossible," only "we haven't found the solution yet." My promise to you is that we will not stop until we find the solution for both your business and mine to succeed!

Hello!

My name is Ruxandra Birdes, and I am excited to share a bit of my professional journey with you.

With over six years of experience in the financial field and studies in Accounting and Management Information Systems, I have developed analytical thinking, the ability to solve complex problems, and a keen attention to detail.

However, the need to explore new horizons spoke to me, so I decided to pursue a second degree, this time in Psychology, to understand both how the human mind works and to reinvent myself.

Recently, I started working independently as a Social Media Manager and completed a Copywriting course, aiming to diversify and enhance my skills in marketing and online communication.

I firmly believe that knowledge fuels growth, and the more we learn, the more we can help those around us. That is why I decided to co-found this association, where I hope we can grow and enjoy every achievement together!

Mihai Rosu is a highly passionate Business Intelligence professional, with over 16 years of experience in various global management roles at international companies. Throughout his career, Mihai has overseen and implemented business intelligence and reporting strategies, working with advanced technologies such as Qlik Sense, Oracle Analytics, SQL, MySQL, VBA, and PHP.

He is known for his creativity and perseverance, always finding innovative and effective solutions, even when faced with challenging obstacles. One of his notable achievements is transforming over 100 manual reports into a fully automated, near real-time system, where the final product consistently exceeded expectations. Mihai’s passion for technology and his perfectionist nature make him a respected leader and an expert in turning data into actionable insights.

Now, Mihai is bringing his expertise to Romania’s short-term rental property community, working with the AGPI Association to implement processes and systems that will enhance business performance. In our first year of activity (2024-2025), with the aim to create, grow and solidify the association, we have decided to focus our collective efforts on the following major initiatives.

By focusing on these, we strongly believe that we will kick off the successful establishment of the association as an important decision maker in the rentals domain and that strategically we have the best chances to develop beneficial partnerships with the public entities.

Each year we will be setting up more and more ambitious goals but first and foremost it is imperative to start, grow and be recognized by forming partnerships with the most important entities in this field.

GROW MEMBER COUNT

This goal allows us to become relevant for any authority and be able to really speak on behalf of a relevant portion of the rental population. This is the most important and relevant goal possible so please make your contribution if you believe change is needed in the rental business.

This program will be an ample series of several initiatives, built in order to foster inclusion and collaboration between members as well as cultivate a sense of belonging to this community. Last but not least, we plan to obtain media coverage via launching an awareness campaign targeting tenants, providing essential information about the responsibilities and expectations involved in renting a property. Through this initiative, we aim to educate the general public about the challenges faced by property owners, in order to improve tenants' perception and behavior towards properties. This effort seeks to reduce damages and promote mutual respect between tenants and property owners.

I want to extend my sincere thanks to Diana, the president of the association, for her support and guidance. With her help, I've made significant improvements to my listing by partnering with a co-host. This collaboration has led to noticeable increases in bookings and better pricing strategies.
