What type of member will I be?

Don't forget, voting rights are granted both to standard members as well as companies that carry out activities in the field (called sponsors).

Study the membership categories in advance and decide which one suits you best!

So, if you own properties as well as one or more related businesses, you can choose which of the benefits suits you better. Analyze the member benefits page and the sponsor benefits page and make the best decision for you!

What does an accommodation unit mean?

Remember that the definition of a property is: any individual accommodation unit.

So a hotel with 48 rooms is considered to represent 48 units. An owner who owns 2 studios is classified as 2 units. An owner who owns 2 apartments, one with 2 rooms and one with 3 rooms, is classified as 2 units. A campsite with 12 tents, will represent 12 units, etc.
