Why should I become a partner / sponsor?
Becoming a sponsor or a partner represents your contribution to the short and long term rental business. There are 3 options detailed below and you can contribute depending on your status. If you are the owner or co-host for one or more properties, you will be listed directly as a member so please visit the member section for more details. All our members have voting rights within the association.
There is, however, a second class of members with voting rights. We call them sponsors. Sponsors are businesses activating in the rental space but that do not own property directly. Some examples are: cleaning and washing services, photography, products and consumables, software, etc. If you own this type of business, you can sign up to be a sponsor and this will grant you, as mentioned, membership status with voting rights in the association.
If you do not own properties nor have a business that activates in this area, you can still chime in by partnering up with us. However, you will not have a member status nor voting rights in this scenario. Applicable also to situations of conflict of interests (ex: OTAs - "Online Travel Agencies" such as Booking.com, Airbnb, Vrbo, etc) as well as other NGOs.
Last but not least, anyone can donate to our cause regardless of their status. If you are or you are not a member, you can still chose to donate a percentage of your owed income tax as well as any given amount that you wish to forward to this cause. This action will not affect your member status if you are a member nor will it provide more than one vote per member.
Option 1 - BECOME A SPONSOR
This option does grant you membership status within the association and a right to vote. This is a voluntary action that can be exercised by members and non-members of the association to support our mission.

A sponsor is a business owner that sells goods or services required for the rental space but does not own actual properties
Ex: property managers: 1-10 locations, cleaning companies: 1-5 locations, professional photographers, consultants, website design services, social media, interior designers, co-hosts, real estate agents , etc.
Ex: property managers: 11-20 locations, cleaning companies: 6-15 locations, washer/dryer, retailers hotel consumables, furniture companies, repairmen (technical), luggage storage companies, textile suppliers, etc.
Ex: property managers: 21+ locations, cleaning companies: 16+ locations, tourism operators, software / channel managers, etc.

What is the sponsor badge?






The sponsor badge is a system by which we certify your status within out organization. There are 3 different types of sponsor badges according to the respective tiers. A sponsor is a member with voting rights in the association.

Option 3 - DONATIONS
This option does not grant you membership status within the association nor a right to vote. This is a voluntary action that can be exercised by members and non-members of the association to support our mission.
Fill in the sponsorship form
And send it to us via e-mail at office@agpi.ro so we can process it for you or, alternatively, you can also file it with your local administration office (print and sign) or via SPV (sign with digital signature and file via SPV account).
The TIMEFRAME for filing is set yearly between the 1st of Jan and the 25th of May
HOW to fill in form 230 for NATURAL PERSONS
Select the year (last year)
Select the company type (usually code 103)
Pay special attention if you passed from micro to 16% tax to input the correct period
Pay special attention to mention if you have a different fiscal year than the calendar year
Fill in the section for your identification data (section A - mandatory data: CUI, Company Name, Address)
Fill in the first and last name of the signee
Fill in section B for NGO details with the following:
CIF: 50424096
Name: Asociatia pentru Gestionarea Proprietatilor de Inchiriat
Bank account: RO42 RNCB 0289 1797 0615 0001
Amount: 20%
Lastly, please validate the form before filing and sign the form either physically or with a digital signature.
HOW to fill in form 107 for LEGAL ENTITIES
Select the natural person option when it pops up
Fill in the section for your identification data (section I - mandatory data: First name, Last name, CNP)
Check in the box for NGO
It would be helpful if you would also check in the box to opt for a 2 year redirection so that you don't have to repeat the process next year
Fill in section for NGO details with the following:
CIF: 50424096
Name: Asociatia pentru Gestionarea Proprietatilor de Inchiriat
Bank account: RO42 RNCB 0289 1797 0615 0001
Percentage: 3,5%
Lastly, please validate the form before filing and sign the form either physically or with a digital signature.
